With over three decades of experience in financial services, Bruce specializes in developing Supplemental Executive Retirement Programs for credit unions, non profits and their executives. Bruce prides himself on his radical responsiveness and exceptional service, and works with an experienced team of estate, business, investment, and retirement planners to address the unique needs of each client.
Based in Syosset, NY, Bruce’s background includes working as Managing Director of Archery Capital, a New York-based investment and venture capital firm, Senior Internet Analyst at Jefferies & Company and Merrill Lynch, and Senior Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley Asset Management. Bruce has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, magna cum laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Chris is a Senior Executive Benefit Consultant and a Financial Planner. Utilizing over 30 years of experience in financial services, Chris works with an experienced team of planners in estate, business, investment, retirement planning and executive compensation. Working with Credit Unions, business owners, professionals and families, he provides exceptional service, recommends innovative ideas & concepts and utilizes blue chip quality products, to address the unique needs of each client.
During his career, Mr. Jones has moved vertically, holding positions ranging from Financial Advisor to Managing Partner. While working as a Lead Managing Partner, Mr. Jones received the Master Agency Award and International Management Award – Platinum level from GAMA. Mr. Jones has attained the Certified Financial Planner® (from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.), Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter (from the Chartered Life Underwriter Institute), among other professional designations.
Mr. Jones, an active community volunteer, is a past Chair of the Board of the Long Island Lutheran High School, a past Board Chair of Lutheran Social Services of New York, a current Board Member of The Lutheran Care Network and Coburg Village. He also is Past President of the Lutheran Church of Resurrection in Garden City. Mr. Jones has received numerous awards including: Wheat Ridge Ministries, “Seeds of Hope” award in 2003, LCMS Atlantic District – “Witness in the Public Square” award in 2004 and Long Island Lutheran High School, “Rev. Ed Visscher” award in 2009. Mr. Jones currently resides in Oyster Bay with his wife, Madelaine.
Tammy comes to OM Financial Group with an extensive background in the financial services industry. She takes pride in the exceptional service and innovative executive benefit solutions she provides for credit unions and other nonprofit organizations. Tammy was Vice President of Sales & Member Relations in the Southeast with CUES for over 7 years where she worked with many credit union executives and board members in the areas of talent development, strategy and governance. Tammy began her financial services career at Fairwinds Credit Union and worked there for over 16 years in various capacities, leaving as President of Fairwinds Financial Services, LLC. She has also worked as an AVP for SWBC and started her own consulting business. She currently serves on the leadership team of her church as well.
Morgan’s background in financial services coupled with more than 12 years of combined service, marketing and sales experience, allows her to provide exceptional service within the nonprofit space. She is adept in creating innovative executive benefit solutions that are cost-effective and increase the credit union’s investment earning potential while providing plans that attract, retain and reward key employees. Whether related to the community or consulting with credit union executives and/or Board members, serving people has always been Morgan’s passion. She believes in the credit union movement and mission of “People Helping People.” Her goal is to continue to be a resource for credit unions and expand her team’s footprint across the country.
Morgan graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. She is extremely active in her community with the Junior League of Little Rock and a strong advocate to the local arts community.
Before joining OM, Kirk served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bethpage Federal Credit Union, the largest community credit union in the Northeast, for 15 years. During his tenure, Bethpage was awarded the largest federal charter in the country and doubled its size every five years, growing from $950M to $6B.
Among his achievements as CEO, Kordeleski helped create large-scale collaborations in both technology and back room operations, the first such collaborations in the industry. Prior to taking the CEO position at Bethpage, he was the credit union’s EVP for seven years. Before joining Bethpage, Kirk served as a Director on the Executive Team of Bank Fund Staff FCU for seven years.
Kirk has started up 2 consulting firms, acted as senior managing partner at an industry leading professional services firm, was instrumental in starting up a blockchain ID CUSO and founded a marketplace lending Fintech. The consulting firms specialized in credit union strategy, digital transformation, CUSOs and data analytics.
Kirk has also held numerous community leadership positions, including Chairman of Long Island’s top business association, Friends of the Arts, and a board position on the United Way, to name just a few. In his spare time, he enjoys music, collects art and runs really slow.
