Who We Are

We are OM Financial Group. We’re a team of executive benefit consultants with broad backgrounds. We specialize in Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs), particularly Split Dollar plans, for the key executives of credit unions and non-profit organizations. Our decades of experience give us the understanding and knowledge to provide thoughtful advice and strategic guidance to clients across the country.

Our goal is to first educate credit union and non-profit executives and boards. Since we opened our first office in Rhode Island over 20 years ago, we have garnered a reputation for excellence and integrity. We have experienced significant growth and today provide services to hundreds of credit unions and non-profits with executive benefit consultants nationwide with our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
